The Project Career Development (PROCEED) study aims to better understand what motivates project professionals to work on projects and how to foster their career development.

The questionnaire takes you some 15 minutes. In return, once the study has ended, we will provide a summary report offering valuable insights into motivation and professional career development in projects.
