The Project Career Development (PROCEED) study aims to better understand what motivates project professionals to work on projects and how to foster their career development.

The questionnaire takes you some 25 minutes, in return we offer an individual report with tailored insights into your motivation and professional career development. The report will compare your results with the anonymous results of other project professionals. The report helps you identify opportunities for your own growth.
